The Kaizen Institute for Labour Economics (Ltd) was founded by Dr. Anthony Yaw Baah in 2024, as a company limited by guarantee, registered under Act, 2019 (Act 992), with the aim of supporting unions, employers and government to achieve the maximum standards of industrial relations, social partnership and optimum labour market outcomes with special focus on employment, productivity and wages.
To support social partners to collectively formulate and implement appropriate employment and wage policies, improve productivity, and conduct peaceful industrial relations and social dialogue toward sustainable socio-economic development, based on the Kaizen Principle.
